I believe your wiring is wrong but you should contact Jerry from the website below because he helped me with the same problem. A LCD Monitor which is short for liquid crystal display, is a flat and thin panel used for displaying information, text, and pictures, all electronically.  A LCD Monitors is one of the latest technologies and it varies from a CRT monitor.  There are three different types of LCD displays.  They consist of TN TFT or TN+Film TFT (Twisted Nematic+Film), IPS (In-Plane Switching), and MVA (Multi-Domain Vertical Alignment).

Those also have high resolutions for color displays and use something called an active matrix structure.  This helps the picture to be brighter and much sharper.  LCD displays use an average of energy than their plasma counterparts.  A 42 inched LLCD display only uses about 203 watts average when a 42-inch plasma display uses about 271 watts.  Unlike others LCD monitors are a little more expensive.  You can buy them at many electronic or computer stores and a lot of website online sell them also.  So whatever you want for a computer or a watch just look it up and purchase one today.
